About Your Expert

Sue Hartley is a British Wheel of Yoga qualified dip 500+ teacher, pregnancy, childrens yoga and youth mindfulness teacher and co-author of ‘Let’s Go Yoginis’ children’s yoga book that links with Yoginis courses.

As an experienced trainer and facilitator Yoginis Yoga training developed training programmes that specialise in supporting anyone who educates and cares for children from EYfs to young adults with their mental health and wellbeing. Their educational programmes are proven to equip them with techniques and tools to self-regulate and manage their emotions at each stage of their development. Schools, nurseries, childminders and others working with children have included Yoginis sessions in their curriculum since 2006.

They offer highly approved certified courses that are suitable for those with little to no knowledge of yoga and mindfulness and continue to support those who train with them to make the most potential out of the training and continue to build the next K.I.N.D generation.
